Cancellation Policy
🩵Cancellations and rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance, otherwise will incur the full session fee. 🩵In the case of lateness: appointment end-times will be upheld in respect for the following client; we will do as much as possible in the time allowed. Full sessions fees will apply. 🩵No shows seriously impact our business; please be kind and do your best to show up. 🩵We appreciate every bit of notice you can give us. 🩵You can cancel your appointment online if you created an account during booking.
